By using Ticketleo, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing tickets or using our services.

1. Overview

Ticketleo operates as an online ticketing platform that facilitates the sale of tickets on behalf of event organizers. Each ticket you purchase represents a license to attend a specific event, subject to the terms set by the event organizer and venue.

Ticketleo acts as an authorized agent for event organizers and is not the producer or presenter of the events listed on our platform.

2. Ticket Purchases

2.1 Pricing

Ticket prices, inventory, and availability are determined by event organizers and venues. Ticketleo does not set or control ticket prices. All prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Service Fees

A service fee may be applied to ticket purchases to cover platform operation costs. Service fees are non-refundable and are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

2.3 Card Surcharge

A card processing surcharge may be applied to cover payment processing costs. The surcharge amount will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Card surcharges are non-refundable.

2.4 Order Confirmation

Upon successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with your digital tickets. Please verify your order details immediately. If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

3. Ticket Delivery

All tickets are delivered digitally to your registered email address and are accessible through your Ticketleo account. Each ticket contains a unique QR code for venue entry. Keep your tickets secure and do not share your QR codes publicly.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers. Generally:

  • Refunds are only issued if authorized by the event organizer
  • If an event is cancelled, refunds will be processed according to the organizer's policy
  • Service fees are typically non-refundable
  • Refunds, when approved, will be credited to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

5. Lost or Stolen Tickets

If you believe your tickets have been compromised, contact our support team immediately. We may be able to reissue tickets with new QR codes, subject to verification. Report any lost or stolen tickets at least 48 hours before the event when possible.

6. Event Entry & Conduct

By attending an event, you agree to comply with all venue rules and regulations. Event organizers and venues reserve the right to:

  • Refuse entry or remove attendees for disorderly conduct
  • Conduct security searches upon entry
  • Prohibit recording devices (except personal mobile phones for personal use)
  • Enforce age restrictions where applicable

7. Ticket Resale

Commercial resale of tickets is prohibited without explicit written approval from the event organizer. Tickets obtained through unauthorized resale may be voided without refund.

8. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ticketleo acts as an intermediary between event organizers and ticket purchasers. We are not responsible for:

  • Event cancellations, postponements, or changes made by organizers
  • The quality, safety, or legality of events
  • Actions of event organizers, performers, or venues
  • Personal injury or property damage at events

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
